In September 2024, the new CQI-35 quality guideline was published, which was developed specifically for the quality requirements of wire harnesses in the automotive industry. In contrast to assessment documents, the CQI-35 provides comprehensive guidelines for ensuring quality and reliability in the production of wire harnesses.
The guide helps companies to minimise errors in production, reduce waste and increase customer satisfaction through improved performance. It helps to optimise processes and minimise risks in the production of wire harnesses for electric, hybrid and conventional vehicles (ICE).
